Olegario Cabrera García

A banking and financing specialist with a degree in Business Administration and over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial sector in the Canary Islands, gained in leading institutions where he held positions of responsibility as branch manager and specialist in resident and non-resident clients.

Throughout his career he has led financing operations for individuals, self-employed professionals and companies, specialising in risk analysis, financial planning, structuring of credit operations and negotiation with lenders. His deep knowledge of how banks work internally allows him to identify the best financing alternatives and design solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.

He holds highly regarded professional certifications such as EIP (EFPA) and the LCCI accreditation – Real Estate Credit Adviser, which back his expertise in financial advice, banking regulation and mortgage credit.

His experience, analytical ability and broad knowledge of the financial market make him a leading figure in planning and managing complex financing and investment operations.

Alejandro Cabrera Martín

A Business Administration (ADE) graduate accredited as a Real Estate Credit Adviser (LCCI), specialising in mortgage financing, financial analysis and advice on property investment operations.

He works in financial intermediation and mortgage financing, taking part in the study, structuring and end-to-end follow-up of operations for individuals and investors. His work focuses on finding competitive financing solutions, analysing economic viability and optimising the terms offered by the different lenders.

He complements his financial training with knowledge of property investment analysis and wealth planning, bringing a close, dynamic and results-oriented approach. He stands out for his negotiation skills, personal follow-up of each file and commitment to securing the best terms for his clients.
